Below is a step-by-step guide on how to provide access to key platforms, including Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

🔹 Google Platforms

1. Google My Business (Google Business Listing)

Granting access to your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) allows others to manage your business listing without sharing login details.

🔗 Grant Access to Google Business Profile

Steps:
  1. Sign in to Google Business Profile.
  2. Select the business you want to manage.
  3. Click “Business settings” (gear icon) in the left menu.
  4. Under “Managers”, click “Add”.
  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
  6. Choose a role:
    • Owner – Full control.
    • Manager – Can edit business info but not remove owners.
